Part I: Summary Description

The Display Installer Crew Chief oversees the loading, unloading, installation, and takedown of new and existing holiday decor. Assistance with refurbishment of decor, warehouse upkeep and supervison of installation/takedown crews is necessary.

Part II: Essential Duties

  • Assist in refurbishment of holiday decor

  • Assist in morning prep meeting for crews

  • Assist in the supervision of loading and unloading of holiday product

  • Assist in the training of installation/takedown crews

  • Lead and supervise holiday installation/takedown crews to successfully complete all holiday installations and takedowns

  • Work with Installation Manager to make sure completed jobs are organized and prepared for installation

  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Work overtime as required

Part III: Qualifications

  • Good sense of design

  • Organizational skills

  • Communications Skills

  • Strong people and management skills

  • Be able to lift upwards of 80lbs

Part IV: Education and Experience

  • Minimum high school diploma or the equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred

Part V: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Must have valid Driver’s License and be in possession of it at all times

  • Personal vehicle must be fully insured
